Tim Mackey is a practicing attorney, licensed in State and Federal Court. Tim analyzes each client's situation and leads the team in finding the appropriate solution. Tim's professional experience includes lead trial counsel in over 40 cases tried to Jury. He has broad experience in litigating matters involving: Bankruptcy, Wrongful Death, Personal Injury, Construction Defect and Capital Murder. Tim has argued several times before the Arizona Court of Appeals. His education includes degrees from Arizona State University and Pepperdine University School of Law.
